Your idea becomes a viable apparel business

Once we finalize the design brief, there’s still a lot of work to do before we head into production. In the development phase, our pattern makers use CAD software to create accurate clothing patterns. Apparel sample makers assemble prototypes. Technicians further revise the measurement specifications. Other staffers source those hard-to-find fabrics and trim items. Working together, they resolve any technical issues that emerge until your entire technical apparel collection fits, functions and looks just the way you pictured. And since our fully equipped design studio is based in the U.S., we can turn around your clothing samples quickly.

On the financial planning level, your account management team is keeping tabs on product costing as it evolves through the development process. They’ll develop a bulk manufacturing plan for your apparel collection that will anticipate all potential raw material and labor costs — and identify ways to save in both areas. They’ll help you make intelligent choices every step of the way, about fabric and trim selection; about minimum order quantities; about production timing; and about shipping and logistics. The development phase is where we transform your idea into a viable business.

And let’s not forget the timeline. We establish a detailed schedule up front — and then stick to it. Our formal process keeps us all on track. You’ll have the same skilled account manager working with you through each phase of your apparel project so you’ll always get reliable information. What’s more, you’ll get your product into the manufacturing process quickly, and at a competitive cost.
